When I was in texas, attorneys (not the TD variety) would tell me the only way for me to have a judge award me custody of my son was if the mom left him on a street corner 3 blocks away while she was committing 3 felonies. When my son was "of age" and told the court he wanted to come with me, the judge (male) still denied it.

I'm happily married, but with what our legal system has become, I can't say that the MGTOW boys are wrong.
1. Don't cohabitate with them.
2. Don't marry them.

Abbott is getting pressed hard by a DFW conservative radio host on this transgender topic. The one that gave a last min "grey area endorsement" to Ellzey in the recent House election. (Why it wasnt a sign against Trump endorsement)
Abbott was on his show 3 weeks ago and told him he didn't put this transgender deal on the special session, because it wouldn't pass. Then Abbott said he had something else in mind to stop it and would do it in a week from the interview. Been a few weeks later, and nothing.
This morning the host interviewed Huffines, one of Abbotts primary opponents, and the host started the interview with this topic. Huffines said all the repubs care about is what the Dems will say, and are essentially cowards. He was a State Senator, so he's been in the meetings. This radio guy isn't going to let Abbott off the hook. Has brought it up every day last week, and has reached out to Abbott for an another interview.
For the record at this point.... Huffines has my primary vote.

You owe no one an apology. My first thought towards the ruling judge was “I hope she chokes on a chicken bone” but in truth, that would do nothing to change the verdict and more importantly the godless judicial system that could render such a monstrous verdict.
We can only hope and pray that this endorsement of barbaric witch-doctory awakens people to the true nature of the evil afoot in this once great nation. So praying for God’s deliverance from such an unholy evil is certainly not a fault but is indeed a virtue.

It's a further disgrace that no one in Texas' state government has gotten involved yet. That judge should be impeached for giving that woman custody.
ETA: There's no way the people of Texas support this.
