The judge, even with seeing the overwhelming evidence showing his guilt and intent and he apologizes to this wacko and brings up Jan. 6?

It's politically/ideologically prejudiced Judges like this guy defending, encouraging and enabling blatantly guilty individuals like this one that is "a problem". This Judge would be sympathetic to the psycho that assassinated Kirk as well. The Judges are worse than the criminals who commit the crimes. Their days as respected Arbiters of Law and Justic are numbered.
