That letter was not certified and has been returned. Certified it, it should take about 14 days.

Dear Chairman Johnson,
The FBI told me to tell you that the laptop evidence was placed on shelf 86 of the FBI mothball room. I myself have been going through the FBI's contemporaneous notes and I have concluded some involved in the case may have lacked candor.
I will be working on a harshly, rather curtly worded letter to VP Biden & Obama.
We will be arresting OMB for doing business as a businessman anywhere and for requesting malts while my esteemed colleagues are present.
I suggest you form another committee briefing to inquire about this matter with another committee, and that committee can write me another letter.
FBI Dir. Wray asked me to tell you to cease writing him letters. He said he will raid your home at dawn if you wish at this juncture to continue this discussion. He is busy making a movie on Showtime with James Comey.

Need to hold media outlets accountable for speaking, printing, publishing unverified information as fact.
The biggest disinformation campaign and election interference in this cycle comes from NYT, WAPO, XiNN, MSDNC, XiBS, ABXi, the Democratic National Communists, and- lately- Faux News.
For four years they screamed to the moon about "Trump Russia Collusion" based on completely unverifiable rumors and outright lies... Yet, when verified evidence comes out against their preferred candidate, they refuse to even look at the information and they automatically dismiss it as "Russian disinformation" and (my personal favorite) "Debunked Right Wing Conspiracy Theory!!!"
