His district (my district) is full of the worst brand of white upper middle class leftist moonbats and then lots of poverty and corruption.

What could possibly go wrong? No accountability for Lewis, no solutions, perpetual corruption cycle, reeeeee

If Democrats solved racism and poverty... no one be tricked into voting for them anymore.

They don't want to solve problems. They want to leverage them into votes.

Lewis lived off his Civil Rights involvement and that he knew MLK. The problem with that is we are talking over 55 years ago!! Since that time he has done nothing but raise the racist card while his district suffered under his leadership. Sorry, but absent his stand on Civil Rights in the 60's when it was a serious issue, he turned out to be a failure to his district, to his people and to Congress. He died as an angry, racist man!

John Lewis was never able to help solve the endemic issues of his district. Why? Because he didn't care.

The problem in his district was that there weren't enough whites to blame for the problems.

Because he was a race hustler who used his so-call position as the "Conscience of the House" to enrich his friends, family, and supporters.

This is despite billions of dollars in federal development/funding/help. This is the home of MLK.

In all fairness, parts of his district did improve a great deal thanks to gentrification but the other parts (Clayton and So DeKalb) became much worse.

BTW I'm not saying he had much to do at all for the improvements brought on by gentrification.

Sorry but the guy walked down the street and got hit in the head. He built an entire political career out of milking a simple assault and never changed or improved a damn thing except his ability to run his mouth. He was Al Sharpton with a political office

Man, what year is this? People with common sense have been saying this exact thing for 50 years and you know what the response has been from the "Powers that Be"? -- they solved the problem of Common Sense People Asking Hard Questions by Indoctrinating the People so thoroughly that hardly anybody has any common sense today.

Common sense is "Racist."

Asking a hard question is "Racist."

The fricking Radical Left has either breeded out or intimidated into silence almost all People of common sense. OP's hard questions and insightful observations aren't allowed anymore in public discourse.

Preach on, OP. The Radical Left is turning the USA into a shithole run by shitheads and that benefit human garbage.

Rant over.

Wasn't his problem or on his agenda that's why.

What was on is agenda?
Getting reelected
Getting rich
Helping his friends and relatives
Its the same for most politicians.

Can you name another politician, besides Trump, who worked for no pay?

What did Lewis accomplish in his forty plus years in DC?

The above is Trumps agenda, & I'd rather Trump pay for his weekly i won't be playing golf due to working all the time. Don't worry DJT is getting his money

Murder the babies. That was always part of his agenda. He never met an abortion he didn't like.

That was his agenda. That's his legacy.

There are plenty whites. But they are all low-expectations bigots and radicals who hate America.
