I loathe democrats. Wasn’t initially happy with trump but he stoped Hillary and tore a small layer of shite off dc.

The left is going to portray Desantis the same way.

How do we deplorables come together with you enlightened folks to delay further what I believe to be inevitable?

Unless you like Obama 3.0

John Wayne Cornyn is a Democrat that acts like a republican when election time rolls around…he talks about his boots and his guns and Texans rally around him….he needs to be voted out asap or better strung up with all the Democrat traitors.

Truth?

I think almost all Center-Right voters this cycle stay away from the Dems, hold their noses and vote GOP, because the Dems have gone full-retard (insert Tropic Thunder gif).

I see a monster Red Wave at midterms.

The interesting question will be the GOP response. Will they recognize it for the “lesser of evils” vote that it clearly IS and consolidate, or will they delude themselves into seeing a mandate and try to enact the craziest policies possible.

History tells us that both parties always do the latter.

I wonder if these election deniers are really as stupid as they present themselves to be or if they are just willing to destroy democracy to get their way ?

And, it's not those that steal the election that are willing to destroy Democracy...it's those that object to it.

You people don't know a believable lie anymore.

I made the mistake of voting for John Cornyn once I will not make that mistake again. I'll let the pretend Mexican "Beto" be Senator before I vote the RINO Cornyn

It's the true self-defining attribute of these leftists.

They don't have the ability to determine that a lie they tell is easy to spot. He calls himself a libertarian on a board that is probably made up of more libertarians than anywhere else. Everyone immediately sees through his bullshite.

nothing crazy is going to get passed....at best the Republicans will have a slight majority in the Senate and you still have this clown in the White House

Accurate for DC. I was more focused on statehouses with that observation.

Most of the GOP in DC is barely to the right of Obama. What "crazy policies" did they enact from 2016-2018?

Right, and I am sure the people whom were surveyed weren’t either manipulated in the questioning, or they were selected because of their political affiliation.

Furthermore, that does not mean that other people are not entitled to their second amendment right.

Well he got that wrong didn’t he. Apparently it’s pretty damn important.

More important? Than why is he focusing on this now? So by your own admission he’s spending a isht ton of political capital on something not important to Texans. That’s the argument you want to go with?

Maybe you missed the commercials that people dubbed “John Wayne Cornyn”. Or perhaps you’re just dishonest. Either way, Cornyn never campaigned on expanding red flag laws because he would have lost.

What’s wrong with John Cornyn, thought he was one of the good ones?

Cornyn just got re-elected last year so in his world he can do idiotic controversial things like this now & hope voters forget about it in 5 years when he is running again against some liberal whack job that the Texas Dems have thrown out against him.

This is the problem. It's always the problem. And it's stuck on replay mode.

We're always picking between some lame, establishment Cor9 or a flaming leftist.

The biggest concern for poeple who beleive in the 2nd amendment is once they start inching there way pass the will not be infringed part of the the amendment it does not stop just emboldens for more restrictions to lawful gun owners. There is reasonable debate to raise the age limit to 21. But make no mistake that is a infringement.
