Joe Rogan rips apart Sanjay Gupta (CNN’s Chief Medical Analyst) over taking horse meds

It’s short only two minutes. If your parents listen to Fox, or CNN, or Lester Holt, or Matt Drudge, or 60 Minutes, this thread is for you. That podcast was an evisceration of the mainstream media. That is only two minutes but the podcast went on for 3 hours and Joe just ripped him apart. These mainstream network idiots can’t stand up to more than 9 minutes at a time uninterrupted unscrutinized.
So he’s got their Chief Medical Reporter on there and asks him why his network (that he’s openly threatened to sue over this) said that he took horse dewormer to help with his case of Covid. It’s as bizarre if I say I took aspirin to help with a headache and then someone tells me I’m taking dog medication. We’re all mammals, bitch so a lot of drugs works similarly in a lot of different animals.
So I’m guessing Jeff Zucker told Sanjay to go down there and rip Joe apart. I’m guessing when Sanjay made the request, this was Joe’s facial expression:
So of course he lets him come on, and Sanjay isn’t used to talking for more than an hour to anyone not named Chris Cuomo, Don Lemon, or Brian Stelter. So Joe rips him apart and gets him (who would know) to his own guilt on defaming him.
But please, CNN send on Cuomo, Lemon, and Stelter onto his program since I’m sure Joe would love to rip them apart as well. Sanjay is one of the lesser offenders on your network, so bring on one of these three.
While we’re at it, let’s get Fauci and Daszak on his show as well and have Rogan summon Josh Rogin as the prosecutor on why they’re responsible for crimes against humanity and why they’re responsible for the inevitable apocalypse they have unintentionally created. Start the podcast with this clip and explain why Fauci and Daszak are Hammond and Wu respectively and Josh and Joe are Malcolm and Grant respectively: YouTube

It’s crap like this that has every sane and reasonable person asking, “What is the real agenda here?” It’s not just ivermectin either. We have a laundry list of safe vitamins and medications the cdc and media are scaring the public into avoiding. This has never happened before

What’s hilarious is it’s clear Jeff Zucker sent him down there and has clearly never listened to Joe. As soon as he received that request he was calling up the Weinstein Bros and all kinds of doctors to be well prepared with the information. If Fauci and Daszak came on, I’d rather he bring on Josh Rogin to rip into them, but Joe could easily defend himself on the grounds of being accused of taking horse dewormer from the likes of Sanjay.

Sanjay is indeed a nice person but Joe is 100% in the right for calling him and CNN out on this bullshite. The ulterior motives are unknown which leaves so much to the imagination.
Journalistic institutions should have to answer for blatant misleading propaganda like that. The gatekeepers of truth have way too much unchecked power.

Sanjay Gupta is a lying pos.When all the controversy was going on about hydroxchloroquine he was saying that it was a dangerous drug ,he would never prescribe it because it would cause heart attacks etc.
That was a lie and he knew it.Thousands of people with lupus and rheumatoid arthritis take it,not to mention the untold thousands that have taken it over 50 years for malaria prevention.
Somehow,it would seem like a board certified neurosurgeon would have some integrity.
It is doctors like them that contribute to the the growing lack of trust that many people have for doctors.

I'm 40 mins in ( most of which was about weed so far)
It feels like a slaughter coming slowly. Joe's doing a good job of presenting the arguments most anti vaxxers have.
Part of me feels like this was a setup from CNN to get in front or prevent a law suit.
Eta - my pet peeve from these folks...arguments about risk reward of the impacts of the virus vs vaccine....all the while not reducing the fact that you may not ever get the virus to begin with

For sure. But I'm thinking more from the angle of trying to humanize CNN and bring a "nice face" to them... to defuse the situation over all.

It goes to the heart of why the vaccine was allowed at all. It can only get emergency authorization if and only if there are no proven suitable alternatives. This is a big money play as the vaccine makers would stand to lose billions. On top of that, look at most commercials across most channels on tv, a great percentage of them are paid for by pharmaceutical companies. And of course the obvious is the lack of authoritarian power and the loosening grip of the clincher fist that is the federal government.

Listening now... awesome podcast and demonstrates how far Joe Rogan has come as a professional interviewer. Rogan is a skilled interviewer.
Joe interviewed Alex Berenson last week but the podcast wasn't put up on Spotify until yesterday. I checked Spotify everyday last week because I wanted to watch the interview.
I'm thinking Rogan held the Berenson podcast as a prelude to this interview. I recommend that those who are interested listen to the Berenson podcast before Gupta to really get a good picture of the slimy corporate propagandist that is Sanjay Gupta.

Pretty much. Rogan has had a lot of shitty guests on ever since he moved to Austin but Berenson + Gupta is a great 1-2 punch.
