I agree with you baw. We should have moved everyone to Guantanamo first, then processed them, then sent the ones with a clear case to El Salvador. I don’t like this precedent of taking people off the streets and shipping them to that prison with no process at all, citizen or illegal or other. Sure we may like the results right now, but if the Dims win in 2028 they will use this same process to ship off their political opponents

Except for all the legal green card or visa holders. You need to specify illegals

If they are illegals, they have to go. If they are here on a visa or have a green card, they are guests and should behave as such. If they cause trouble, throw them out like a shitty diaper. FAFO

The government fricks over many more than 1-2%. Hell if 1 or 2% were decent that's a success with how shitty our government is. Also why focus on something you can never truly control. Sure we can vote but after that people's opinions don't mean shite.

If you are illegally in The United States, you are an illegal alien, period you are subject to immediate deportation, you want due process show your immigration papers, you think for a minute every one of these TDA. MS13, and any other illegal came thru the border lawfully, I like Rogan, but he's on the wrong side on this one.
You don't get the same due process as an American citizen IMMIGANT is just a another word that the left is using to middle the issue, and people are buying in to that

If they are illegal I don’t give a frick

I dont watch Rogan as much as i used to. Some of his views are too liberal for me and sometimes he seems to miss the obvious. Thats just my humble opinion, but I'm not the guy with one of the top podcast in the world! Lol

All they need to do is call El Salvador, tell them to yank him out, put him on a plane to Venezuela, put some money in his pocket to get him going back home, send us the bill, done deal.
If this guy is truly innocent, then I’m on board with having him released back to Venezuela, but “put some money in his pocket”???
Not just no, but HELL NO! Release him, sure, but pay him?
frick that

Anyone who is an immigrant should be sent back. Simple as that.
The argument is that they're not simply being "sent back".
They're being shipped off to a max security south American prison.
This is a non story if it was only a deportation.

Why not give them notice that their "papers" were being revoked and let them self-deport? Why spend all the money to imprison them and ship them off hundreds of miles away to Louisiana?
Oh, I guess we know why. To show that wrong think, even if it's not in support of terrorists, won't be tolerated.
To act as a deterrent. It’s brutal but probably effective, and we need something effective.

Most of these guys dont understand the difference between refugees and illegals. Its a waste of time trying to explain to them.

I'm guessing part of the reason Venezuela wouldn't take them is bc they are......gasp......a bunch of gang members.
Well, indirectly you’re right. Venezuela doesn’t want them back because the Venezuelan Government is in cahoots with them, and they are sending back drug money to the thugs running Venezuela.
Posted on 3/31/25 at 8:32 am to Bunk Moreland
It's on Venezuela not us, they should have taken them back.

Yeah for the most part, refugees are illegals who got some left wing lawyer to teach them exactly how to lie to a lunatic "so-called" judge.
Posted on 3/31/25 at 8:34 am to Bunk Moreland
On a technical aspect, if we are deporting illegals, is it our responsibility what happens to them once they are sent to a foreign country?
Is it our responsibility to deport people to their country of origin? What if that country won't take them?
If you enter a country illegally, your fate is in your hands.

all for deporting anyone who's in the US illegally. To have an indefinite detention in a foreign SUPER max prison, I hope there's adequate proof of criminality beyond tattoos
