The mastermind behind that plan overtly stated it had nothing to do with the environment and was designed to "take down capitalism".
Again at this point it is little more than a vague idea. Also, can you link this quote please? Not saying you’re wrong but right wing media lies so much about AOC my default is not not believe claims made until proven.

Yet you act as if these plans are free.
I literally listed out the taxes implemented that funded ACA, so no idea where you got this idea that I think they are free.

The fricking politicians you so desperately praise.
Where is this coming from? Where have I praised politicians?
You sound a little unhinged and you are placing a lot of opinions on me you think I hold which are completely off base.

Stating that most of Bernie's ideas would work with just a little governmental cooperation is granting bureaucrats more power, to an absurd level. The lack of criticism of these socialists on the left and their ideas mean either you willingly accept this, or you haven't thought the idea through all the way.

Well then correct me.
Do you or do you not support the ACA?
Do you or do you not support expanding governmental programs?
Do you believe any of Bernie's plans would be positive for our country, and explain how/why, and then explain where the funding comes from, and the net affect on the overall welfare of this country.
If you are not the "meh, Bernie's plans aren't that bad, we just haven't implemented them right" crowd, then i apologize. But my perception is that you are trying to shrug off Bernie's ideas as "they're not that bad".

Evey first world country has universal healthcare yet somehow we can't afford it?

Venezuela Roughly $50/month (Changes rapidly due to shitty economy)
Argentina $554

Examples?
There's really no need to lie. She's a fricking idiot who exposes her lack of knowledge almost daily

Answer this question, did the ACA increase or decrease the price of healthcare?
No, we can't afford it. Explain how you plan to pay for government run healthcare.

Every word that comes out of her mouth is only exceeded in stupidity, by her next statement.
I've yet to be disappointed by this fact.

Quality
Universality
Affordability
Pick two. Right now we have Quality and relative affordability, although that aspect has taken a big hit due to the ACA. Of course this is a very complex topic with complicating factors such as the insurance industry and government involvement.
We can absolutely "afford" to provide universal healthcare, but will come at massively increased expense and massively decreased quality of care.

decreased quality of care.
Plenty of countries do fine with universal care yet we let the insurance companies bend us over and the drug companies jack up the prices of medicines

This is relative. Compared to the quality of care we have in the US theirs is far inferior.
As for the drug prices, why do you think we pay so much here? We are subsidizing the cost of the drugs sold overseas. The pharmaceutical companies invest billions in R&D to get these meds to market and they will not do so unless it is a financially viable proposition. That means someone has to pay.

I don't see how anyone with a basic understanding of economics would think his policies would work, and wouldn't be harmful to most people.
For a short period though, the poorest would benefit and we would have more equal outcomes, if you don't mind a massive pay cut.
Bernies policies would result in a massive outflow of capital from the US.
Came in to post something like this
