We should have a GFM set up to pay him to create a counter argument for himself. Would be funny to watch, as we all know that if you pay a lawyer enough he'll find a way to find a counter, even if its his own.

That is a good, long, and detailed explanation.
But like the saying goes,
if you're explaining, you're losing.

I'm sure the AOC clip of her saying Biden should ignore SCOTUS will be ignored.

Diagnosing narcissistic personality disorder:
Grandiose sense of self-importance.
Fixation on fantasies of success or power.
Excessive need for admiration.
Sense of entitlement.
Belief that they are “special” or superior.
Exploitative in relationships.
Envious or believing others are envious of them.
Geez, you are an insufferable prick.

I'm actually at a point where I get to be selective in who I take and don't have to argue against my beliefs, but that's a digression.

It will be because it's literally irrelevant to the discussion.

Nice. Perfect. Well done with that one.

Barry Obama also defied court orders.

Yes, because we need the lawyer who makes his living off manipulating the emotions of others to explain everything to us.
Maybe you should take a step back and realize you aren’t the bastion of knowledge you like to project.

It is his fervor to remain “non-partisan” that he is unable to actual give an actual opinion on anything, resulting in idiotic hijacks of 99% of the threads he posts in.

I dunno about life, but he's facing serious jail time for tax issues and possibly taking client money.
I don't know what that has to do with reporting on the case in real time. I picked SCOTUS Blog to avoid people melting over a more MSM choice
As I said earlier, the facts reported shouldn't be an issue with anyone.

No it wouldnt be cause essentially you are melting over people saying he should ignore the rulings, of lower court judges. The reasons used are irrelevant to the overall melt reason. So yes a house Rep saying SCOTUS should be ignored shows this isn't just a maga thing.
Ignoring by still doing it the way it's done or ignoring by finding a work around to get it done, is still ignoring it and daring the courts to stop it, even the new approach. It's the system, I get that, but doesn't mean it's not ignoring nonetheless.

This is axiomatic. To people who think normally.

This statement is 100% not true.
If an action was illegal for exceeding statutory authority, but legal under different statutory authority, then there is specifically no issue and nothing was ignored.
You just don't like it because it pops a bubble and destroys a talking point you value.
