he or should i say someone from his admin tweeted that they were ignoring it

im not arguing he actually did though.

and ignoring that ruling and the current over reach of the lower courts are not the same thing and to argue they are is completely dishonest etc on your part.

You accuse me of something.

I point out what you said is not true.

You label this as "defelction"

While I agree with your premise, you should probably take a good look in the mirror.

But he didn't ignore the ruling.

This in response to the echo chamber arguing Trump should ignore the rulings, and they use this (false) example to justify it.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program

This is actually a good program and helps the government compete with private industry for good employees. Can't match the salary, but relieving loan debt in return for 10 years of service is a good trade-off to attract something other than bottom of the barrel applicants.

And yet, nothing was made up (and citations were even posted to ensure this).

I wasn’t talking about you. I was talking about Biden’s lawyers.

Yes it's pretty well liked and non-controversial.

Unlike trying to use the HEROES Act to do the same thing, which was neither (it also wasn't legal).

Their founder has some legal issues, but they're accepted as being pretty neutral. I didn't want to use CNN, Politico, etc.

There is nothing incorrect in the reporting, however, which is all that matters. You can attack the source all you want but it doesn't change the facts.

NU Times, Wash Post, CNN, and MSNBC repeatedly said he was defying court rulings and doing “what is right”.

Go talk to them because they don’t agree with you either.

would never expect you to say a bad word about Biden anyway, even as a "libertarian" which nobody believes.

From SFP’s post…

quote:

So Biden's admin acting under a completely different statute, engaging in the specific statutory authority given to his executive, has nothing to do with the unlawful attempts by the Biden admin under the HEROES Act.

SFP clearly says something bad about Biden here.
