Is it currently easy to enter the US illegally or not?

Yes. Incredibly easy.

And you’re dishonest because you don’t want to solve that problem. You like that it’s easy for illegal immigrants to access and disappear into the country, and you’re either too stupid or too ideological to understand what that’s untenable.

How did you draw this conclusion? Be specific please.

Is there 1 undocumented immigrant in Louisiana?

If so, that is too many.

Your whining, irrelevant posts about Ellis island/ 1800’s immigration and bullshite about ancestors coming to the United States. You know, typical emotional liberal woman stuff.

By all means feel free to just simply state that you oppose illegal immigration.

Are you kidding me? On TD? I almost know more about the male posters’ sex lives than I do my best friend’s. And I’m female so I’m not targeting her bc of her gender. I’m not even sure she is a she on an anonymous message board. Needlessly sensitive response here.

Louisiana has enough problems and illegal immigration isn't a big one for the state. Focus on infrastructure, crime, and schools. We need our Guard here for natural disaster recovery.

What natural disaster is Louisiana currently using the LA National Guards for?
Do you realize that Texas sends their National Guard to help Louisiana with disaster recovery frequently?
Do you think they would send the entire LA National Guard or that they couldn’t come back home to help immediately if it were needed?

This is what I was referring to when I mentioned JBE. Landry has been in office a month and you think he should have the past failures of the previous admin resolved?

Do you not believe he can do more than one thing at a time?

It's Louisiana so something could happen tomorrow. I would rather our Guard be in Louisiana maintaining their equipment, training, and doing readiness exercises than wasting time in Texas. Also they only have one weekend a month/2 weeks a year to do all that. It's a challenge.

Do you think our Guard is always here? My neighbor’s son is in the guard and he’s been on two six week deployments overseas in the last six months. People act like our national guard just sits around and waits for the next hurricane.

Ask your neighbor's son about how he would feel about going to the Texas border with his thumb up his arse and no plan for anything beyond being part of a dog and pony show for politicians and get back to me. If he does end up going and coming back follow up and ask him if his time was well spent. I think the LA National Guard has better things to do for Louisiana than deploy people and resources to the Texas border. You don't and neither of us is going to convince the other by arguing on the Internet. So whatever.

Be thankful that Texas doesn’t feel the same as you bc they will be sending their guard to help Louisiana as soon as you do have another natural disaster. Also, I don’t think you have a full understanding of how the National Guard works, trains, etc.

I’m really not. My post history has proven I’m not a petty person. I captain 32 women across 2 tennis teams and we make it to City Finals every season. I know how to support and relate to women
If I don’t like someone, it has nothing to do with their sex.
