You do realize there is a significant difference between “sensitive”, “secret”, “top secret” etc…. That thread is “sensitive”. The Dems in that hearing are pulling snippets from Manuel’s/regulations that do not provide the entire of the context. The Dir of NSA was trying to explain it in the hearing and the Indian (dot not feather) Dem cut him off so that wouldn’t get out to the general public.
