You don't even have to respond that way and use conspiracy theories as your example because that just marginalizes the person speaking and makes them look stupid. There are other things you can do if you just act intelligently and not like an NPC

Biden has been the President for almost 4 years. Power transferred from Trump to Biden after the election. What is the point of her question?
In addition, the laptop was directly related to the results of the election, hence the coverup.
