It would be fine if there legit evidence. But the first impeachment already proved they don't need legit evidence to target trump. We literally had the audio of trump talking with that Ukrainian dude. He wasn't impeached on what he actually said or did. He was impeached based on what a military official thought trump meant.
Impossible to win when you are judged not based on what you say or do, but based on what other people, who are mind readers, think you meant. Especially fricked up when that strategy is used against public figures.
Take Pelosi, a lot of people don't like her...and probably believe everything she says has some twisted and malicious intent. She could say 'good morning ' and some of the people who dislike her may believe that's code for something fricked up. There's no scenario where the crazy beliefs of those people would be used as concrete evidence to indict Pelosi. But for trump.. that shite is considered concrete evidence.
