It was my understanding there is so much more to this than a few seashells. I believe a definite pattern of subtle persuasion does exist.

My guess is that this was already negotiated with the judge through lawfare OMB back channels and now they file to have it ruled as they desired.

Selective prosecution ??? If NY can make laws specifically for selective prosecution then the Fed better not accept that
