In my opinion, I think that Sepp Blatter should be killed for the thousands of lives lost all for corruption and to watch men kick a ball up and down an open field. Does that mean that I don’t think he has the right to due process? No, but in the Court of Public Opinion, he is damned and in any reasonable person’s eyes should be killed for orchestrating a couple of 9/11s for the most petty, corrupt, and bullshite of reasons... but he still should go to trial first and get a fair hearing.

So you think the Duke Lacrosse program was justifiably shut down, the Coach justifiably fired, the players justifiably ostracized and forced out of school?

You think UVA Frats were justifiably excoriated, then shutdown, with UVA being stigmatized as exhibiting a "rape culture"?

I'm not him, but I will respond by saying that I think that what happened to the Duke lacrosse program was utterly unjustified. It was horrible, shameful, and something that I hope people learn from.

But it wasn't a violation of the Constitutional right to Due Process.

Have you kept up with FIFA remotely? Do you know how much evidence there is on their corruption. If they were water molecules, they could fill an Olympic pool. It wasn’t a bullshite hitpiece where there’s substantial evidence to the contrary. These people at FIFA should be brought before an international court for crimes against humanity, and then killed once they are almost certainly found guilty. There’s no justification whatsoever for the Qatar World Cup.

There are times when Anchorman seems like the sad reality, and real newsrooms are the outrageous parody.

The idiot agreeing with Tapper is a totally indoctrinated person. He will accept and defend any absurdity presented by a Leftist or Leftist ideology.

WTH does the Duke Lacrosse travesty have to do with "Constitutional Right to Due Process". Maybe you missed it, but even JakeTapper identified the "legal" right to Due Process. We are talking about presumptions of guilt in the press and amongst extremists ruining the lives of totally innocent humans.

Tapper is a-okay with that.

Virtually all of the #metoo MSM proponents are all-in for near-immediate presumption of guilt on part of any accused male.

Are you?

They are very simple questions OM, specifically regarding presumption of male guilt and female truth.

Do you think the Duke Lacrosse program was justifiably shut down, the Coach justifiably fired, the players justifiably ostracized and forced out of school?

Do you think UVA Frats were justifiably excoriated, then shutdown, with UVA being stigmatized as exhibiting a "rape culture"?

Obviously you can continue to duck the questions.
It's your choice.

No, I'm not ok with it on a personal level, but it's still not a violation of Due Process. I'm honestly not sure what you're trying to convey.

Well, the huge settlements paid out by Duke would indicate otherwise.

You seem to assume the concept of Due Process is solely applicable to the Court system. It isn't.

OK, you stupid a-hole, I’ll think about those two: THEY DESERVED DUE PROCESS. And here’s the thing with FIFA: THEY ALSO DESERVE DUE PROCESS. It doesn’t change that the evidence is far more overwhelming for FIFA than it was for the Duke players. So in the Court of Public Opinion, then yeah I want the FIFA board killed, but they still need an official trial.

Do I need to dumb this down for you further?

I just heard thay Jake Tapper raped a 9 year old boy last week and I think he's guilty and should be put in jail for life.

Who needs evidence? I don't.

Not according to Tapper. They deserved a proverbial public lynching because they were men who stood accused of sexual assault by women. As the premise goes, more often than not the accused male is guilty. Therefore all men should be presumed guilty in the press and public eye unless and until they can prove themselves innocent.

That presumption comes at nearly any expense, including loss of job, public humiliation and/or defamation, etc. It is a very high price to pay simply based on gender, and simply because of the accuser's gender.
Perfect pretext for a Harper Lee script.

And I thought Trump was going to win and refused to vote for him. I guess that makes me a visionary.
