What does neglect of proper infrastructure maintenance have to do with racism? Saw the mayor of Jackson being interviewed for a news story. He is black. Is he a racist?

It is racism, but not like they think. If the people of Jackson weren’t so damn racist against whites and would consider a real candidate, they’d have running water. Instead they chose the commie from Africa so now they get to be more like Africa

The resident left wingers are avoiding this thread like the plague. That says plenty by itself

Jackson has had a black mayor every year since 1997. If the water problems are due to racism, it's a black-on-black hate crime.

Their water system is failing because of years of neglect

This is environmental racism.

As usual instead of accountability it’s easier to blame the racist white peoples

This is not a climate crisis. This is a leadership and fiscal responsibility crisis.
Jackson has had the funds to repair and upgrade their water system for many years. They spent it on other things. Now it has bit them in the arse.

Black run cities frick up. Cry. Feds give money to fix it. Do you really expect black run cities to change when daddy Fed always comes to the rescue?

No, it's more like racial environmentalism.

So black on black racism is a thing now? I learn something new every day

It is what happens when black folks are large and in charge…. Crumbling infrastructure and corruption and crime…

…by black “leaders” that black residents elected. If it’s environmental racism, then it’s a black-on-black crime.
