Special Chancellor was appointed to resolve this and he made a tactical error in his Thursday ruling which the mayor thought gave him an avenue to carry on with Richard's. He erased the footnote Friday but the horse was out of the barn by then.

Nope. Gulf coast is thriving. The university towns are growing fast. The Tupelo area is doing very well. And Desoto county south of Memphis is kicking arse.

MS us house district four ( democrat controlled delta, etc) will always be shite. Jackson will always be shite.

Also, the suburban cities around Jackson are doing well. Madison is great. Brandon and Flowood are great. Clinton is nice.
