So he should just fall on the Gov’t sword just to have a “speedy trial” knowing that the trial will not even remotely fair and unbiased to make a poster child for anyone having an opinion different than the Regime?

You cant justify his treatment. This isnt the Soviet Union.
You can certainly run your mouth for pages and pages like SFP does.. pretending to be against disparate treatment, the police state, and draconian prisons while you shuck and jive to defend this particular case, but its just shameless verbal diarrhea.

Exactly, forget the length of time without trial, what about the treatment he and others are receiving.
