Now do the videos where the police are pulling barricades away and waiving people in and opening doors and welcoming them in.

Also, anywhere in the tiny brain of yours ever consider of Antif plants in the crowd being the ones with the very little bit of aggression shown on that day?

Then do a size by side with other intrusions into the Capital throughout history, all of which are from liberal movements.

We will sit back and Listen you assface!

You are contending, with no evidence, that its solely his fault he hasnt received a speedy trial. Is it also his fault he was locked in solitary for 20 months? Was it also his fault he was not allowed to shave or get a haircut for over a year? Explain to us how it was his fault he was paraded around naked and not allowed visitation. Explain to us how its his fault he was assaulted by guards, then explain why his story sounds a lot like other J6 prisoners stories.

You are slime.

if someone entered my house trying to kill my family, and I start fighting them off and the fight took me outside where I had an outdoor camera that captured me killing the person, we wouldn’t need the indoor cameras that showed the whole story right?

That's a bad analogy.

A better one would be if 10 people broke into your house, and you had video on 7 of them doing so, then we can discuss the 7 we have video on relatively easily.

Discussing the other 3 becomes more complicated

I hope you get some professional help

There are murderers and rapists that don’t get this level of inhumane treatment

Assuming this is all true, this blatantly violates the constitution for cruel and unusual punishment and your right to a speedy trial. 1,000 days is not speedy. You’ve taken away 3 years of a man’s life without a trial that he cannot get back if found not guilty. Anything longer than a few months is ridiculous

And the J6 guys should have gotten bail anyways. They didn’t commit acts of violence on anyone. At worst their crime was trespassing/breaking and entering or possibly carrying a weapon into the capitol

He said we don’t need the other videos. You know, because he’s a lawyer.

That is a different discussion and we don't have any evidence to really discuss other than the terrible and biased article.

But, prison sucks. I have argued for 15+ years we need to make prisons nicer. I don't think that will be a popular opinion on here, generally. I will gladly make a thread about it some time to test the theory, though.

Why are any Americans being treated this way? There is absolutely no reason or justification for it.

The only ones deserving of this treatment is the most violent and dangerous of criminals. And only after they’ve been found guilty, not before

Wouldn’t you need all the video footage to make that assertion?

Thanks for making my point

He didn't file for a speedy trial. He is doing the opposite.

1,000 days is not speedy.

Again, this is due to his choices and, as of September 2023, he has continued to agree to delay the appeals process, which will delay the trial date.

How is it a different discussion?

It’s all part of the first post.

Do you think these people are being treated differently because of who they are?

FBI lost count of how many paid informants were at Capitol on Jan. 6, and later performed audit to figure out exact number: ex-official

This sworn testimony was given by Steven D’Antuono, formerly in charge of the bureau’s Washington field office.
