How is it good for any society to draw election lines based on color, creed, or sex? Either you can lead based on your character and ideology or not.

I don't want it, I'll make that clear. None of us want that, no matter how much we say we do. I've spent years researching this topic and studying historical precedent, and it's going to be bad.
People have this illusion that "wE hAvE aLL tEh gUnS aNd wE'rE gOinG tO WipE tEh FLoOr WiTh tEh GrEeN hAirEd sOy BriGaDe" but it's going to be horrible. Guerilla warfare and terrorism unfathomable. An unprecedented, media-fueled and thoroughly programmed hatred of both sides toward one another.
But it's going to happen, and we might as well get it over with. The seething passage of time will only exacerbate the inevitable ebullition once it pops off.
