Your sample size of n=1 in your own bedroom in the halfway house doesn't really make for useful statistical analysis.

And you'd lose it. The original article didn't use the term "throw out" but I read it to make sure that was a fair description and it's accurate. They weren't discussing amending the constitution to make it better, they were talking about flushing it entirely. That's not the same as amending it, you know that, but you decided to slay the straw man.
