The world outside is not going to shite more than it has in the past.
In spite of your comment otherwise, it may do you some good to spend less time online and engage with the real world. There are some nice things to experience, like fresh air and human beings face to face.

Stuff gets worse all the time if you look at it through that lens.
Place yourself at any number of locations in time in the past and the present seems like a dream. Imagine being one of the people during the reign of Pol Pot, or one of the people during the Holodomor, or one of the people in India today, or the people in Haiti today.

Read The WORD. It says that things will continually get worse, not better, before Jesus returns.
But in the end, those who know Him win.
