You can have too much ventilation, especially with power vent fans or even wind turbines. You can create a negative pressure in your home which is another set of issues to deal with. Look up negative pressure - attic ventilators. ...

My home is on a septic tank. I want to add a sink in the basement and drain it into the main 4" PVC pipe that goes directly to the septic tank. There is a clean-out that will be above the connection. My plan is to install a tee and reduce down to my sink drain. Any concerns with this connection?...
