There is video out there of him basically dismissing her. It was embarrassing for her I'm sure and is likely the real reason for this tantrum.

I don't know that he was necessarily pissed off. The video was hilarious. He was acting like he was trying to get somewhere and she was literally stepping in front of him to stop him from where he was getting to so she could talk to him. He gave her about 5 words and then just kept on walking. It was all over social media and I'm sure it was very embarrassing for her.

Yes and she joined the Pope in criticizing the strikes on Iran. She turned her back on Trump. The media made a big deal about it.
Now the media are breathlessly reporting that Trump lied about her begging for a picture.
You could see her almost chasing Trump during the group picture video at the G7. He snubbed her.
