They’ve been talking down to black people for years, heck the Dems enslaved them, even. Really hasn’t moved the needle in the voting booth. You can say Trump has done more for them than any President in my lifetime, hasn’t mattered..... So, yeah, it doesn’t hurt Biden, he’s talked down to them numerous times, and they think it’s a plus, that they can use it to get more funding out of him... it never stops...
