It's no more amazing than 'Republicans are Nazis'. I remember the 'George Bush is a Nazi' signs at Dem protests. Last week it was a Dem member of Congress saying ICE = Nazis.

I know it's anecdotal, but if you asked me to make a list of the top 20 most friendly, welcoming, and tolerant individuals I know ALL of them would be Republicans. It makes me sick how much the "racism" angle is overplayed with republicans because the opposite is true - ask any minority that's walked away from the Dems to join.

I know many low income white people who consistently vote against themselves... reciting stories such as "I saw a black lady with five kids use her food stamps to buy lottery tickets!"

They're so miserable in life they're angry at poor people who are mostly helpless. But you know what? No matter how miserable they are, and they can't imagine that ever changing, they have at least one thing going for them... at least they're white and not part of what in their minds are lower classes of people.
