I still think the best scenario is Trump as SOTH if Rs take it and DeSantis as POTUS. Obviously the establishment Rs would never agree to that.

DeSantis is a hilariously better candidate solely because he doesn’t act like a raging a-hole. That this is somehow controversial is bizarre.

Have you really not read Patel Patriot's work on this? He lays it all out pretty concisely.
They're not going to have to impeach Biden and Harris. They will be arrested (I believe they already have been) for defrauding our elections. For committing treason.
One viable option would indeed be to wait after midterms and elect Trump to SoH. Then arrests happen and he's third in line.
But he's already said they're going a different route. I suspect special elections, but that's just my take.
In any event, it all hinges on EOs Trump signed on the way out the door and activation of continuity of government plans.
What we currently have is a government in exile (at Mar-A-Lago, aka the "Winter White House") and hostile beligerents in DC.
This is all just my take. Patel lays it all out but it's a lot of material to go through.
