They have been warned. If they don’t leave they are targets considering what the IDF is being forced to do.
If any civilians want to surrender to the IDF as they advance I would strip down to the bare minimum of clothing and get on their knees with their hands open above their head facing the IDF so they can see they have nothing in them.
