She is not. Doesn’t align with anything they stand for.

She may have been fifty years ago. I may have been 50 years ago. I’m 42 now and am pretty ignorant of the politics before 2004 or so.

But what that party represents, at least now doesn’t represent what I see across small town Texas.

My WW2 grandpa never voted anything but democrat. Hoboed from east Texas all over with my grandma picking cotton to be able to eat during the depression and before hopping island’s in the pacific.

If he knew the Democrats had Dylan Mulvaney, and a bunch of cross dressers in the administration, I think he would have tried to burn Washington by himself.

My MIL was a democrat and voted only to vote anti-republican, anti Trump for sure. She voted Obama twice, Biden, and if still alive (RIP), she would vote Kamala.

She could not tell me one thing that Dems did to get her vote, it was always “just don’t like xxxxx republican”.

Typical democrat in my opinion.

No. She has children she isn't concerned about killing them in development because she's not a whore who lets a bunch of random dudes come in her.

We should have never let women vote..

When I dated my wife she was absolutely non-political. Then I picked up her paycheck and showed her all the deductions the govt was taking out. She had never read the fine print and used profanity in front of me for the first time. She became a very right wing republican and daily researcher of political new stories.

If a woman is a democrat or anti-republican it’s because of abortion. Men cannot really relate to this issue. I told anybody who would listen back in 1992 that George Bush would lose reelection at the height of his popularity and that Clinton would beat him because of the abortion issue.

To this day the republicans can’t seem to message abortion correctly so as a result women are still afraid that they could lose this option. I doubt 5% of the women would support late term abortion but the chance the republicans or the Supreme Court could take away that right still influences their vote. i think Trump has struck the right compromise but the message gets highjacked and twisted by the Dems. Perception is still bigger than reality and the dems exploit the ignorant. Have since 1965.

yes, bleeding heart lib

her car was nearly stolen out of our drive way, dog alerted her in time, and one of the Snow flake, inner city dwellers ran away, got into car and bolted.

This is the story she told me and police:

Cut to 1 month ago, and me stating the inner city friends are out of control, with car break ins in area. She then states, she didn't see the perp who tried to break into hers, and i was falsely accusing a snow flake race perp.

I laughed at her lie, all to not make inner city dwellers look bad, and said keep that libtart dream alive.

But abortions are still legal. Abortion numbers have gone up since the Roe decision.

Exactly. But democrats could care less about facts. It’s perception not reality and if you are really dumb you fall for the perception. Democrats like it that way. So many women are naive or dumb or emotional but so are a lot of men. Minorities of color seem to have the same problems as do most Jewish folks. How can a Jewish person vote for a democrat?

No.

Everyone in my family is voting Rep except my mother in-law who is a retired government worker. When Biden was in the race she said she was going to vote for Trump. I don’t know where she stands right now but I’m not going to ask. Sometimes when you try to persuade you make the target more ossified. My approach is just to ignore politics with her, be sweet and let her view how fun the Trump side is from a distance and hope for the best on Election Day.

On side note my extended family voted Democrat their entire lives. Heck my dad ran a campaign office for Edwin Edwards back in the day. It wasn’t until Trump in 2015 when the tide turned to Republican.

I think all wives lean dem due to their agreeable nature. It's just their instinct. It's the husband's job to keep them safe and that means voting conservative.
