It's a shame we do not have elected leaders with balls to course correct this problem. They will never deal with the socialist issue
There is nothing that the GOP/centrist Dems can do to “deal” with it. There are too many Gen Z / Y in these city centers with no skin in the game who are comfortable upending the system, because why not? It doesn’t matter that this system (capitalism) is the only one compatible with human nature - they believe it’s failing them and they might as well tear it down in the hope that something else will work. They have nothing to lose. That is the philosophy that swept these retards into power

You cannot actively fix it with anything now that they’re long indoctrinated. The education ship has sailed

The good news though is there is a fix and it doesn’t entail action at all. It’s kicking feet up and letting them hollow out their cities and do nothing of significance in Washington when they get there because they’re on the political fringe. It won’t be needed but if it became a matter of survival, the uniparty would end them. These people have no influence in the American mainstream. They are economically and culturally bankrupt

The path forward is disillusionment. You have to let these retards see their vision realized, in as limited form as is safe for the social fabric to survive, and let it get so bad that no one thinks of it ever again. People like Mamdani need to be elected and ruin their cities or these ideologies are going to linger. The correct approach is bandaid off

This! Every single word of it. I have voted for candidates from multiple parties. I will never intentionally vote by party down ballot. I always will vote for the person based on their ideas, ideals, and never based on party identification.

Thank you for this post. I’ve always been amazed by the amount of people that will vote straight party when that party has had a majority in local/state politics for decades, meanwhile that party has enacted policies that have failed or made daily life unnecessarily difficult for those same people.

I see this daily in Southwest Missouri. People will complain about roads, schools, prices, etc. Then they go vote for the same people/party that has manipulated them with fear. Want better roads/schools/parks/etc? Don’t vote down that fraction of a percent tax increase.

Some of you folks bitch and moan about homelessness, drug abuse, etc. How do you propose to fix those things unless legislation is passed that funds programs to help those less fortunate than you. There is only so much that charitable organizations can provide if they are required to operate on private donations alone.

I would love to see a revolution of humanity and compassion where it’s not considered “woke” to help others when they are struggling. Compassion and humanity is not weakness.

I believe most of us want the same thing. A future where you, your family, your friends can, through dreams, hard work and determination can achieve your dreams.

Live your life. Some people will obtain more than you. Some less. Don’t persecute & dehumanize others just so you can get a leg up on them. Doing/saying things just to “own” or “shite post” isn’t a way to govern. It’s certainly not the way to live. Life is too short to treat people like they are less just because of color, creed, or ideals.

I figure based on the history of comments and posts on this forum this won’t be a popular opinion. I implore everyone to stop for a moment. Don’t react emotionally. Really search your soul. You might find it and remember what built and drove this country to greatness. It was OUR collective ability to overcome differences and work together to create something meaningful.

It's real in that they are making inroads, but an illusion in that the support comes mostly from well off young whites. Look at the exit polls from last night - the DSA candidates did poorly with lower income, black and Hispanic.

Right now the DSA is acting like a parasitic political party and using the Democrats as the host. The plan appears to be to use the DNC to get a viable number of candidates elected at various levels and then attempt to break out as a legitimate third party. Either that or they chase off the few moderates left, wait for the old guard to die off, and take over/rename the party.

You've imported millions of uneducated, brown people from shite hole third world countries where communism is normal.

They are terraforming this country to look like the ones they came from.

Yeah, that's stupid but it doesn't make the takeover of the Dem party by socialists a good thing.

Getting rid of USAID will limit how much they can do, the whole Socialist agenda is built on taking things from people who have earned it and giving it to others for votes. USAID helped make it look like it was working, so I’m interested to see where that funding comes from now.

Those people have more courage than you ever will. They left the only home they’ve known. However they entered the country legally or otherwise, they made the decision to come to America for a better life. I’ve worked alongside many immigrants some probably here “illegally”. They have been some of the hardest working people I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting.

They keep their heads down and stay out of other peoples business. All they want is an opportunity for a better life in a country less corrupt than what they left. They do all of this while being confronted with adversity daily.

Be a big boy. Learn how to be a better person, or pack up your insufferable bigotry and BS and crawl back underneath your rock of intolerance.

The indoctrination and grooming has been going on for a very long time. That's what is going to make or break us and their movement.

Unfortunately, because these are pretty much Dem kicks, the Right won't put in any effort into fight it. Though we should. Ads just making sure people are aware they are going communist and examples of where that leads.

The points that lady made are simple basic points. Everyone knows those. Discussed on here for ages. It's the "let them get what they deserve, it don't bother me none" mentality is whats dangerous. Yes the rich leave but they take their mindset with them too, just like the poor that leave. Leaving the worse of the worse only. Don't ignore that the lefts leadership are happy to see their indoctrinated leaving cities they e destroyed to go to other cities. Benefit of COVID response.

People need to remember everyday that the 25th anniversary of 9/11 is coming up and NYC has been conquered by anti-Americans. Fricking Ws legacy.

The trend in urban, blue cities and states is real, but a broader national revolution is not.

The issue is this is a fraction of the illegal immigrants we're importing now

You know what the people in the 1700’s had in common? Damn near everything?

You think half of them believed in communism?

You think half of them voted for a party that doesn’t believe in rule of law and actively defunds it?

Were they getting fricking SNAP benefits while they say on their arse and collected a check?

No. They ALL worked. They ALL struggled. They ALL had skin in the game.

Do you think they were having conversations about gender and pronouns?

Do you think they were trying to indoctrinate children into pedophilia and having pride parades?

WE HAVE NOTHING COMMON.

Keep your head buried in the sand. There is no unification and it is absurd to consider.

Anyone that votes for a modern Democrat has nothing in common with me. Nothing.

There are 45 million fricking illegals in this country.

Bot? Because I happen to view the world differently than you? I get that it’s easier to blame a “bot” than it is to acknowledge that there are people in this country that disagree with your beliefs.

Take a moment for self-reflection. It’s ok to realize, and even more courageous to admit that maybe you were wrong about something.

That doesn’t diminish who you are. It shows a level of maturity. People can change their minds. You can evolve into someone with the ability to reason through complex concepts and change your views when presented with an alternate perspective.

Things are rarely black and white. The world is nuanced and sometimes(more often than not) solutions require compromise. Unless you live in isolation you will be encounter differing viewpoints during your time on earth. You can choose to be unyielding and insufferable, or you can learn to work with people that don’t share 100% of your beliefs.

Look at the current congress. I see/hear people complain about them being useless and not doing their jobs. Their job isn’t just to espouse your beliefs. I know that is how things have “worked”?? for the past 10+ years.

They are reps and senators for an entire state not just a percentage of like minded people. Yes there is party affiliation, but party affiliation doesn’t have to mean our way or nothing.

Bi-partisanship shouldn’t be a bad thing. Just maybe more would be accomplished for everyone if we could get back to compromise.

Dems and Repubs are not enemies. This is the biggest threat to the country. Viewing fellow citizens as your enemy just because they don’t agree with your views isn’t a reason to dehumanize them.

Ah yes. The nationwide rampant Somali fraud. I can’t walk out my door without being defrauded by a non-white. Give me a break. There is NOT an epidemic of immigrant driven fraud in this country. Outside of a few examples, this has been overblown into politicized rage bait, being wielded on you and others like you to make you feel anger and fear. Triggered much?

Its real in the biggest cities. It’s poison everywhere else.

A likely upside to all this is how it could hurt Democrats nationally. Its a similar situation to the UK general election of 1983 where you had a very right wing Tory incumbent and the opposition party turned so far to the Left thst their own MP’s called the Labour 83 manifesto “ The Longest Suicide Note In History”. It called for very similar things to the DSA demands; abolishing the House of Lords, weakening the British Military, nationalization of all large industries, etc. The result was an electoral slaughter and landslide victory for Maggie Thatcher. I think normal Americans will react the same way to the Sovietized Democratic Party.

Is this statistic based on; trust me bro, podcast bs, grifting YouTube shysters, or actual unbiased data compiled over a period of time and then compared to other unbiased datasets?
