Interesting how the folks that ridicule “sky screamers” are now….sky screamers. All because part of the constitution wasn’t overturned in their favor. ??

If not afraid 24/7 then why feel the need to stay strapped when you go out in public? If your town is really that dangerous then you should move somewhere safer.
Why the need to continuously repeat falsehoods and push racist conspiracy theories? Why make mountains out of a grain of sand? Why is there an entire industry built around keeping a certain demographic angry or scared?
Why are there so many grifters selling fallout shelters/emergency food buckets/financial security in the form of gold bars and coins? Why are their so many talking heads that always brand the perceived threat as “they”? Nobody ever tells you who “they” are. “They” can’t sue for defamation. Named entities and individuals sure can though.
Why are so many of the court cases filed as “proof/evidence” of fraud or wrongdoing quietly dropped before they reach the point of discovery?
Why?

I’m with you. I try my best to not look down on those people but it’s so damn hard. For some folks,I guess it’s just easier to find a talking head or an intentionally fabricated story that falsely justifies an opinion, rather than accepting reality. There are so many shifting narratives that they are bombarded with multiple times per day. It’s gotten so bad that people inside the administration have conflicting accounts of the same issue. At times being touted during the same presser.
My favorite is when one person is interviewed on multiple shows and gives different answers to the same question depending on which station/show/audience is present.
I was taught at a young age that it’s easier to tell the truth than it is to keep track of all the lies.

Cool. You found one! The way some folks around here talk about it, you’d think there were millions out defrauding grandmothers and disabled vets all while brandishing rusty machetes ordering your children to shite in boxes at school. Forcing them into dark closets indoctrinating them into a wild sordid world of LGBTQ….. Boogeymen, brainwashing them into teabaging a blender because someone told them they should be ashamed of being born a boy.
All of this being accomplished during the hours of 8am-3pm. If nothing else, you’ve got to admire how efficiently they use the time each day provides.
When you see it typed out like this, it seems super plausible and in no way sounds like made up bullshite. Wow you have now changed my mind. Thanks for showing me the light.

I seriously hope you will take a breather and realize everything you have chosen to use as an example is not reality.
What the people in the 1700’s had in common was a disdain of unrestrained corruption in the governance. They agreed with “No taxation without representation!”
They pledged an allegiance to a newly formed country, based on the belief of one nation, indivisible, with liberty, and justice, for ALL not just those that agreed with them.

Ah yes. The nationwide rampant Somali fraud. I can’t walk out my door without being defrauded by a non-white. Give me a break. There is NOT an epidemic of immigrant driven fraud in this country. Outside of a few examples, this has been overblown into politicized rage bait, being wielded on you and others like you to make you feel anger and fear. Triggered much?

Another bot in the thread! Awesome
Bot? Because I happen to view the world differently than you? I get that it’s easier to blame a “bot” than it is to acknowledge that there are people in this country that disagree with your beliefs.
Take a moment for self-reflection. It’s ok to realize, and even more courageous to admit that maybe you were wrong about something.
That doesn’t diminish who you are. It shows a level of maturity. People can change their minds. You can evolve into someone with the ability to reason through complex concepts and change your views when presented with an alternate perspective.
Things are rarely black and white. The world is nuanced and sometimes(more often than not) solutions require compromise. Unless you live in isolation you will be encounter differing viewpoints during your time on earth. You can choose to be unyielding and insufferable, or you can learn to work with people that don’t share 100% of your beliefs.
Look at the current congress. I see/hear people complain about them being useless and not doing their jobs. Their job isn’t just to espouse your beliefs. I know that is how things have “worked”?? for the past 10+ years.
They are reps and senators for an entire state not just a percentage of like minded people. Yes there is party affiliation, but party affiliation doesn’t have to mean our way or nothing.
Bi-partisanship shouldn’t be a bad thing. Just maybe more would be accomplished for everyone if we could get back to compromise.
Dems and Repubs are not enemies. This is the biggest threat to the country. Viewing fellow citizens as your enemy just because they don’t agree with your views isn’t a reason to dehumanize them.

You've imported millions of uneducated, brown people from shite hole third world countries where communism is normal. They are terraforming this country to look like the ones they came from.
Those people have more courage than you ever will. They left the only home they’ve known. However they entered the country legally or otherwise, they made the decision to come to America for a better life. I’ve worked alongside many immigrants some probably here “illegally”. They have been some of the hardest working people I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting.
They keep their heads down and stay out of other peoples business. All they want is an opportunity for a better life in a country less corrupt than what they left. They do all of this while being confronted with adversity daily.
Be a big boy. Learn how to be a better person, or pack up your insufferable bigotry and BS and crawl back underneath your rock of intolerance.

This! Every single word of it. I have voted for candidates from multiple parties. I will never intentionally vote by party down ballot. I always will vote for the person based on their ideas, ideals, and never based on party identification.
Thank you for this post. I’ve always been amazed by the amount of people that will vote straight party when that party has had a majority in local/state politics for decades, meanwhile that party has enacted policies that have failed or made daily life unnecessarily difficult for those same people.
I see this daily in Southwest Missouri. People will complain about roads, schools, prices, etc. Then they go vote for the same people/party that has manipulated them with fear. Want better roads/schools/parks/etc? Don’t vote down that fraction of a percent tax increase.
Some of you folks bitch and moan about homelessness, drug abuse, etc. How do you propose to fix those things unless legislation is passed that funds programs to help those less fortunate than you. There is only so much that charitable organizations can provide if they are required to operate on private donations alone.
I would love to see a revolution of humanity and compassion where it’s not considered “woke” to help others when they are struggling. Compassion and humanity is not weakness.
I believe most of us want the same thing. A future where you, your family, your friends can, through dreams, hard work and determination can achieve your dreams.
Live your life. Some people will obtain more than you. Some less. Don’t persecute & dehumanize others just so you can get a leg up on them. Doing/saying things just to “own” or “shite post” isn’t a way to govern. It’s certainly not the way to live. Life is too short to treat people like they are less just because of color, creed, or ideals.
I figure based on the history of comments and posts on this forum this won’t be a popular opinion. I implore everyone to stop for a moment. Don’t react emotionally. Really search your soul. You might find it and remember what built and drove this country to greatness. It was OUR collective ability to overcome differences and work together to create something meaningful.

re: Happy Juneteenth everyone
Posted by WhistlePig on 6/19/26 at 2:52 pm to RobertFootball
It’s been around a lot longer than that.
Juneteenth commemorates the day in 1865 when enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, finally received word of their freedom—making the foundational event 161 years old.
The first organized community celebrations began a year later in 1866, meaning the tradition itself is 160 years old.The origins and evolution of the holiday can be broken down by these key milestones:
The Event (June 19, 1865): Union troops arrived in Galveston, Texas, over two years after the Emancipation Proclamation, to announce that the last remaining enslaved people in the state were free.
The First Celebrations (1866): Originally known as "Jubilee Day," freed African Americans in Texas organized the very first celebrations in 1866.
Federal Recognition (2021): While widely celebrated regionally for over a century and recognized as a state holiday in Texas since 1980, it only officially became a U.S. federal holiday on June 17, 2021.

If you follow Trumps life you can see he doesn’t just concede or give up. Hes always working an angle.
Tracking the exact number of lawsuits Donald Trump has filed and then *personally dropped* (voluntarily dismissed) is incredibly difficult because public court tallies usually group all completed cases together—whether they ended in a private settlement, a dismissal by a judge, or a voluntary withdrawal by Trump’s legal team.
However, looking at the macro data gathered by legal trackers and investigative analyses, a clear pattern emerges regarding how his legal strategies operate.
The Macro View: Over 1,600 Lawsuits Filed
A massive, comprehensive analysis of Trump’s legal history originally launched by *USA Today* (and continually updated by legal trackers) shows that over his lifetime across his business empires, personal dealings, and political campaigns, Trump and his companies have been involved in more than 5,600 lawsuits.
As Defendant: 4,095 cases
As Plaintiff (Filer): At least 1,600 cases
Out of those 1,600+ cases where Trump or his businesses were the ones initiating the lawsuit, the vast majority never made it to an actual trial.
What Happens to the Cases He Files?
When Trump files a lawsuit, it almost always ends in one of three ways before a trial ever happens:
Outcome, Strategy & Context
“Private Settlements” A massive portion of his plaintiff filings (especially commercial real estate, casino debt collections, and contract disputes) end in pre-trial settlements. Opposing parties often settle to avoid the massive cost of prolonged litigation.
“Dismissed by Judges” Many of his high-profile political or defamation suits—such as his $100 million suit against The New York Times or various suits against social media companies—are thrown out by judges on First Amendment or anti-SLAPP grounds before getting anywhere near a courtroom trial.
Voluntary Withdrawals (Dropped)
Trump frequently utilizes a strategy of filing massive, headline-grabbing lawsuits, using them for public relations leverage, and then quietly dropping them when it comes time to face discovery or an imminent loss.
Notable Examples of "Filed and Dropped" Suits:
While a single definitive number for "dropped" cases across his entire 50-year business history isn't explicitly separated from general pre-trial resolutions, high-profile instances of this specific strategy are well-documented:
The $500 Million Michael Cohen Suit (2023): Trump filed a massive half-billion-dollar lawsuit against his former attorney Michael Cohen for alleged breaches of confidentiality. Right before he was scheduled to sit for a mandatory, under-oath deposition in the case, Trump voluntarily dropped the entire lawsuit.
The Christopher Steele/Fusion GPS Case (UK): Trump brought a data protection lawsuit in London against the ex-MI6 officer who compiled the infamous dossier. After facing a steep legal uphill battle, the case was effectively abandoned and subsequently dismissed, with Trump ordered to pay Steele's legal fees.
Post-2020 Election Lawsuits: Out of the roughly 60+ legal challenges filed by Trump and his allies surrounding the 2020 election results, multiple cases were voluntarily withdrawn or dropped by his legal team after failing to produce evidence or realizing the courts would not grant emergency injunctions.
The Takeaway: While the exact sub-count of his 1,600+ filings that were “exclusively dropped” by his own volition is obscured by court formatting, legal experts agree it numbers in the hundreds. Filing a suit as a tactical pressure point—only to withdraw or settle it before a judge can force a trial—has been a foundational pillar of his legal playbook for decades.
Sounds like concession(giving up) is part of his “angle”.

Clearly this one equates denigrating/subjugating women to alpha male power. Several of these folks are proving your point and it’s going right over their heads. I can’t imagine why some of the guys are divorced or their wives are hiding their anti-depressant usage. They love using the term “cuck” but have no clue their wives may be seeking emotional or sexual gratification behind their backs, while they are working.
