Bring this over to the money board so a real discussion can take place.

Thanks for information.

What is your opinion on the impact of foreclosure moratorium?
Are some of these from that?

Obama wasn't sworn in as President for the first time until January, 2009.

W. Bush was President all through 2008.

Okay, but that's a big leap from "no one was unemployed."

Unemployment is only measuring people who want to work and are looking for work. We have around 7 million men in prime working years 25-54 that aren’t working.

Housing crash is imminent right? You’ve been posting graphs for 3 years on here. Not a damn thing has happened.

Yet I never said a crash was imminent.

Trends are trends. That doesn't mean things can't reverse course tomorrow.

You are consistently triggered by the data. You must be a Realtor or something.

I’m not in real estate. I’m triggered by idiots that posts graphs for years and nothing happens. Fear porn isn’t my thing. Trends aren’t trends. Just because something was true in 1970 or 1982 or 2008 or even 2020 it doesn’t make it true now. Things evolve and change over time. Have fun masturbating to a bunch of graphs.
