That Social Dilemma documentary blamed the man-made algorithms going rogue as being the root of our recent societal problems. I think both sides of the political spectrum would agree it's a problem.
I've thought (and heard friends say) 'How can liberals believe what they believe? Aren't they seeing the same news as me?' Those algorithms are making sure that each side is seeing very different news, thus greatly enhancing the discord.

Do and God and Satan agree on anything? Liberals are 100% controlled by Satan. Satan is all about destroying. Democrat Party platform: destroy fetuses, destroy families, destroy God/religion, destroy jobs, destroy marriages, destroy the economy, etc. Get the picture?

I would ask anyone to take an entire week away from social media. Take one single week and do not look at Facebook or Twitter of Instagram or Tigerdroppings or Reddit or anything else.
Take one week.
And when you go back after or that week you will see how absolutely insane social media is. Not only that you will find it unreadable. It actually takes a couple days to fold yourself back into the system.
I took 2 weeks off of Facebook and when I tried to go back to it I found it to be unreadable nauseating garbage.
I took a long break from TD as well. I came back for election season, but I’m out again before Christmas. I already feel miserable and angry and full of garbage.
Social media is absolutely dependent on your dependence. If you never step back you never see the insanity because you’re within it. If you step back and let your mind rest and then reapproach it you see how absolutely sickeningly perfect social media has become at keeping you distracted and divided and miserable.

This is probably the biggest one. We no longer can agree that America, despite some problems, is a fundamentally good place. I don't know who to blame for that or that it matters, but I can't help but think that the media and critical theorists have done anything but destroy us from the inside out.

A PAC-12 team playing a 7 game schedule or a Big10 team playing an 8 game schedule should not get into the college football playoffs under any circumstance unless there are less than 4 teams from the conferences and independents with enough wins to fill the spots first. I think we can all agree that the BIG10 and PAC-12 should not be rewarded for the stunt they tried to pull.
