Is there a more useless individual in Washington than Paul Ryan?

It seems to me, if the Republicans lose the House, it falls squarely on his shoulders. Guy has "lead" a Republican majority of the House, with a majority in all branches of government, for two years and, outside of a somewhat paltry tax cut, has essentially accomplished ZILCH.

How awful is he?

How is it that every Republican Speaker since Newt Gingrich has been worthless?

Reading Tucker's book now, and apparently Ryan has been behind the scenes fighting immigration reform for years. He's scum.

The leader is usually a moderate and not conservative. Newt was the exception when the “contract with America” crowd was elected to the House.

Cuckiest of the cucks. He had the perfect opportunity to ram trump’s plans through and win for us, but instead he worked on the behalf of our ideological enemies. Traitors are worse than enemies and he should be one of the first when the day of the rope comes.

Ryan (like Rubio) was a GOPe trick to playact like they were the freedom caucus/tea party/libertarian wing. They are both so beholden to special interests/globalization no wall immigration DREAMERS bullshite-- they may as well be democrats.

Does anyone doubt that Ryan was part of Obama's plan to legitimize Hillary had she won?

He has been purchased and owned by the multi-national corporations for years. They are really the only constituents he truly works for. With the popularity of Trump's message on stopping illegal immigration, the best thing is can do is lay low for now, fighting progress in the background.

We can't quite call him a traitor but he approaches the line IMO.

He was the bought and paid for control opposition paid to sit there with that stupid look on his face as he pretends to be a principled conservative taking the high road as progressives fricked this country raw

Who? He went down in the importancy of the Republican party quicker than a one egg pudding after 2012 imo.

Paul Ryan is not useless. He's doing exactly what he's been paid to do. Making him useful to his masters.

He's pure scum.

Well, he's a globalist so all he really had to do was put up paltry image of him actually being a conservative, while allowing the Democrats to do whatever they needed to do to accomplish their agenda.

The Rs have not had an effective leader in the House since Gingrich.

There - I said it.

Ryan graduated from college in 1992 and immediately went to work for a Congressman in DC, then was a speechwriter for Kemp's presidential campaign in 1996, then was elected to Congress in 1998. His only thing close to a real job was a year he spent as "marketing director" (played on a computer and ran for Congress) for a year for the family business between the Kemp gig and running for Congress. In other words, he's never had a job in his life.
