Russia isn't winning. At least not currently. And will not be able to win unless they call for, and successfully implement, a general mobilization. Which they may not even be capable of executing.
Btw Russia is losing 500/day.

I haven’t seen any footage. There was infinitely more footage from a war on the middle of a desert over 30 years ago.

Russia hasn’t even mobilized. This is two proxy wars.

Russia only cares about the east provinces that are overwhelmingly populated by Russians.

Occam’s razor!
Elite political rulers having family members work in Ukraine. You know that highly unstable country. I mean the Vice Presidents son?
Occans razor and all. Maybe turn off the the tv and go outside.

Kerry, Biden, Pelosi and Romney all have children involved in Ukraine energy sector business dealings despite ZERO expertise in the matter.
Tells you everything you need to know.

It's real and is a money sucking quagmire that will likely continue for another year or two at least.

Yes. For countries that view human life as meaningless, death and destruction doesn't have to be faked.
The War is real. Zelensky listening to us, refusing to negotiate and sacrificing countless of his countrymen.. is real. For Ukrainian civilians, Ukrainian military, Russian military and the third party volunteers who are going over to fight.. it's real.
All that being said.. while it's real, I believe zelensky views it as a game. With our countries vowing to not send military reinforcements, it basically means that it's an unwinnable war for Ukraine.
We've been arming Ukrainians with high end military equipment, and giving them funding since the start of the war..and Ukraine has been consistently losing territory. Ukraine doesn't have the power to expel Russia. They don't have the power to stop Russia's encroachment. Without reinforcements, Ukraine will fall. It's unwinnable. But zelensky is still sacrificing the blood of his countrymen, just because we tell him to. A fight to the last man strategy is normally valiant, but not if it's being used by a cowardly leader who will immediately surrender if his own life is put in danger. And I view zelensky as a cowardly leader. As the leader of a country, his duty should be to the people of his country. He should focus on keeping them safe. Not sacrificing them at the behest of another country, just to let an unwinnable war drag out.

It's very odd. Russia could likely crush them quickly but they aren't.

It’s a proxy war against Russia. “All wars are banker’s wars”. American and EU plans are to have Ukraine as its vassal, to create problems for Russian security and economy. It’s ultimate reason is to destroy competition to the Western Banking System by destroying Russia. Russia is also hated because it will not participate in the West’s open borders policies. Russia understands this and will not allow Ukraine to be used this way. The other country with it’s own banking system and resistance to open borders is China. We in the West need to understand, the media propaganda lies don’t stop at our election politics . They will attack anyone or any country that obstructs their goal of One World Government and banking system.

Well you can’t realistically expect the propaganda wing of the party to actually investigate the party can you?

Good news fellow Patriots! Ukraine is already knocking on Lysychansk's doorstep this morning, in addition to taking Izium!

The war will go on for 50 years. Ukraine and Russia are making a good living out of it.

An interesting fictional article. Already events have moved far past it and even the Russian Ministry of Defense has announced withdrawals from Izium and Kapyunsk.

That says there are problems with your fundamental assumptions-- that Russia would roll this over, most particularly.
Mind, it was a shared assumption by much of the world, but has been borne out to be untrue over the space of months and tens of thousands of casualties on all sides, huge refugee displacements, and horrific destruction.
Occupation is, even when having overwhelming force in one's pocket, a sketchy proposition-- doing it with a limited force size in a nation of 45ish million people, with a vast geography is hard. We struggled to do it in Iraq for a decade, and we are so far ahead of the Russians in integrated services and counter-insurgency technique that we might as well be comparing a police force to a military unit. That its been difficult at best, with a pretty motivated and hostile native population, should not have been a surprise.
The most illustrative part of what should have tipped us off as to the likely state of things, was the nature of the ongoing low level conflict that has been boiling since the Russian occupation of Crimea-- a much more friendly native population, and the Donbass. The Russians seem to have viewed the Donbass in particular as an opportunity to fight a proxy war, but one which they should have noted they were slowly having to take a broader and broader role in, to keep the status quo.
The Ukranians focused on achievable goals and getting their units rotated through and experienced. Throw in ever-expanding Western training and weapons systems deployment, and after a decade of learning NATO style military operation, the functional national defense forces of Ukraine were better equipped to take on a slightly overrated Russian force that has been bled in very different combat environment in Syria and proxy wars in the other post-Soviet spaces and that had developed a taste for PMC proxies to do its hardest work, and it should be less surprising than people thought.
Is it inevitable that the Russians will win? Not even remotely. Can they still do things to completely shift the nature of the battle? Potentially, but they all come with significant escalatory cost, considerable expense, and internal destabilization risks.
Is it inevitable that the Ukranians will win? Not remotely. The longer their motivation and development into a resilient force fending off an increasingly foreignly identified Russian presence, though, the harder and harder the task becomes. The longer Russian logistics and advanced techological systems are forced to carry Russian efforts, the worse it will be for the Russians-- and as these differences come to at least something closer to parity, the sustainability of Russian offensive operations becomes more difficult.
Its going to be a mess for a long while. Each side still does have some options, but none of them are terribly attactive, and for now, the Ukranian success on the ground in regaining territory at rates faster than the previous Russian seizure of territory, is likely to prove the catalyst for the next step in the conflict.
