Is the Pepe Clown meme meant to make fun of gays?

Title.
I am not against homosexuality in itself but rather against the constant politicking and agenda the LGBT community seeks to gain with their stupid pride month. I assume most here think the same way.
The clown meme is a great way to trigger these idiots.

My impression is it's more nihilistic than strictly mocking the LGBTQ agenda.
Its mocking corporate leftism, censorship in the name of PCness, and overall disgust at the state of things in Europe and here regarding borders, crime, Islam, trans rights movement, demographic shifts etc.
The most interesting thing to me is that there seems to be a sizable portion of disaffected Trump supporters / former Trump supporters (or maybe people pretending to be such) who are concern trolling through this movement.
We all get frustrated with the border situation even though Trump is clearly trying to address it.
The fact that we are seemingly losing the culture war again after some great wins in 2016 and that the demographics are insurmountable in regards to a traditional Western future is what gets so many "based" white guys down in the doldrums.

I'm pretty discouraged about the censorship and propaganda that the left is getting away with.
There are tons of really really smart white dudes here in Portland that are compete cucks. They bring up "Nazis" and "racist idiots" in every single conversation - be it casual over beers or even over working lunches. They are so brainwashed and life is so great out here that it seems pretty hopeless they will ever wake up.
The one good thing about illegal immigration is that I think it keeps leftists and Globalist Republicans from trying to import Somalis and shite.
