Is the Dem strategy of bolstering their Poll numbers a good strategy?

The main reasons to push this, IMHO, are so you can either steal the election with fraud or try to fuel another 4 years claiming election fraud / interference when Trump wins.

It’s not good for the mental health of their followers but the party doesn’t care.

point is to make good folks (trump supporters) feel like going is vote is pointless...

that th good guys have no chance.

They are doing it so that if and when Red Mirage- mail in ballots scheme- occurs they can point to those polls as evidence and say : See we told you so. The polls were accurate and when all of the "legitimate votes" were counted it proved the legitimacy of the polls.This gives the media a talking point to try and discredit an election night victory by Trump. They are conditioning the public for what they are going to try and do.

This and trying to discourage Trump voters like you say. It is a two prong strategy.

the goal is to say after POTUS Trump wins, that he must have cheated since every poll said the opposite.

I think they are also doing it to give their “not accepting the election night results” validity.

They're just trying to get Republicans and Independents to stay home on Nov 3.

they are doing it because their own voters feel he is a brain dead moron so they have no desire or interest in even voting for him

the fake polls are to "hopefully" get the dimrat voters feeling like he has a chance so they should get out and vote against trump. its literally desperation time when they cant even pay people to go vote for biden
