I've been up there a few times for work lately, specifically Maysville KY, and downtown there is all kinds of Harris signage. And the normal looking baw sitting at the bar last night let everyone know he's with her. Kinda surprising.

I wouldn't expect that in Kentucky.

For some reason, a lot of the towns and cities along the Ohio River have a substantial population of Dems. Ashland is another one that has more Dems than you would imagine in that part of the country. Do a google search to see how many Republican governors Kentucky has had -v- Democrat governors. It's heavily one-sided there as well.

Don't they have a leftist governor and of course Mitch, the turtle bitch, McConnel?

Something is wrong with that state.

I was in downtown Frankfort all last week. I saw my share of Harris signs in front of houses. Typical places though. Hippy houses and the once’s with pride flags.
Plenty of trump signs out and about as well. More importantly everyone I came across was talking supporting trump

Only Jefferson and Fayette voted blue in the last two presidential elections

The Northern KY counties are suburbs of Cincinnati and trend conservative. Covington is probably fairly liberal, yet Kenton County shades red

Ignorant people that have been voting democrat for generations. The started getting these little handouts years ago and think they can't live without it.

That seems pretty accurate for the ones I went thru driving from Cincy.

Yea, Franklin has a significant number of leftists that live within Frankfort. Besides being a government town, Kentucky State University is there,

I think it was Trump 52-48 in 2020

It’s a mixture of both. Don’t know if I can say that one out weighs the other

Kenton County is lean R, Campbell is lean R. Boone, Grant, Pendleton, Gallatin are all heavy R. Thomas Massie is one of the top 5 most conservative members of the house who represents NKY. Lots of Dems in Covington and Newport areas, as they are more urban. Some suishy Dems in the Cincy suburbs, but overall R lean in those areas.

No, it's not, and neither is Maysville. They are in Mason County and they voted heavily to Trump in the last election.

I spent some formative years in the Dayton/Bellvue/Newport area growing ip. Smack across the river from Cincinnati. You have to understand that culturally, despite all the UK flags you see, those people are more like Pittsburgh steelworkers or Detroit auto assembly guys than Kentucky tobacco farmers. Its basically the industrial Midwest bled across the Ohio River. And so many are still welded solid to their unions and politics that the unions champion. Its gonna take a long time for that to change.

Louisville is like Austin. Very unrepresentative of the rest of the state. Even the other Dem-leaning parts.
