Is Newsmax a Great Value Fox News?

Budgetwise, sure they are but do they actually have quality programming? And may it or may not support a slightly more MAGA philosophy? I decided to just keep it on stream on Youtube for free, so i don't have to open up a Sling subscription to get Fox News. So far it's okay. I used to watch it a lot when it first began but when 2020 was stolen I kinda unplugged for a good while.

i get newsmax free on my IPTV feed. ok well not free but almost. might cost a penny per month if broke down. i pay 50 bucks every 6 months for every sports package, PPV, movies, series and jjillions of local channels across the USA and all news channels and worldwide content. complete steal. lol
you can also download the newsmax app itself to a streaming device.
carl higbie, rob schmitt, greg kelly are great plus john tobacco. plus john bachmann.

Not really but it scratches the itch and it's better than Fox.

Is that the one that requires payment by Bitcoin?

Better than the other news channels. Repeats often so I leave it on in background to catch breaking news.

I am a conservative and I ditched Fox 6 yrs ago because their programming is commercial trash. Newsmax is a better place to find out what is going on without all the hype and hyperbole on Fox.

There's always a little bit of an adjustment period with news programming as you get used to a different talking head and to a different production aesthetic.
I tend to have Newsmax on during the day when working from home the past few years. And on the rare occasions I switch to Fox, I find Fox to be more "Great Value" looking now-- again, as a function of familiarity.
Not sure about their morning shows or talent. But once you get to noon, they're mostly solid if you're looking for right leaning news networks. And most of them are veterans of other networks with a polished delivery. I find them much better and more professional than OAN, who....at least when I'm checking them out... seem like they're trying out interns for lack of a experienced anchor.
The right leaning bias is always apparent, but they're more objective from noon thru 5pm. It becomes more editorialized / pundit driven from 5pm - 10pm.

Fox News is still relatively conservative. Newsmax is Trump’s mouthpiece entirely.

Newsmax reminds me of a college tv station. They can't gain traction because they are Mickey Mouse. Same with OAN.
