Biden drove them up on purpose
Trump's is deliberate in that. He took action. He knew that there could be a consequence. He hoped that it would work out well. So far though, it's a mixed bag at best.

Yep, I am. That doesn’t mean I can’t complain about gas prices just because he is President.

Don't forget Trump's quotes about signing the MOU because we were four weeks from some kind of running out and he didn't want to be Herbert Hoover.
This definitely comes to mind as Brent crests $100 again this morning
After the MOU was signed in June, President Trump stated the following at the G7 in France
quote:
“We run out of reserves at about four weeks,” Trump said in France while at the Group of Seven summit, discussing the recent memorandum of understanding with Iran. “You know, there are reserves all over the world, and we would really run out, and there’ll be a time when you wouldn’t be able to get it.”
He said it would be “bedlam” if the oil ran out.
“What this does is it allows the ships to go,” he said of the Iran deal. “If we keep bombing, those ships won’t be going.”
It has now been two weeks since the ceasefire was declared dead and 10 days since the blockade on Iranian ports was reinstituted, the index was at $76/bbl and $85/bbl respectively on those days.

Which is why Trump will cave and basically beg Iran for a deal in a few weeks.
But Iran is in no rush. They want to punish Trump at midterms so anything other than the US getting completely bent over isn’t going to result in any deal any time soon

why are you buying premium?
Because I'm not a 'poor' like people on here use as an excuse for Trump's unnecessary high gasoline prices because I drive a car that requires it. Imagine bragging about high gasoline prices trying to defend Trump by calling people 'poor'

Read the board, its 90/10 that Trump's gas price hike is perfectly acceptable and "muh, Biden's were worse... suck it up"

Prices have been higher during this Trump term than the entire time Biden stickers were showing up on pumps.
This is factually inaccurate. The average price of gas under Biden was $3.60/gallon and had a peak of $5.02.
Under Trump, it's had a peak of $4.40 and an average of $3.50.
Not saying it's good but your post wasn't factually correct.

Just stop buying your White Monster at the gas station and bring it from home.

Don't understand this line of thinking... Why would you enjoy paying 1k more a year when just 5 months ago, you didn't have to
I'd bet a majority of those on here bitching about paying more can easily afford it, but why should they enjoy it? Why should they sacrifice anything they want to pay for the bullshite in Iran?

so you admit the price of gasoline is irrelevant in your life and yet here you are bitching about it. you're like my brother his car requires premium to and when i asked him if he thought joe biden got 81 million votes he said no and he didn't care trump had to go.
so your a white male who voted for kamala, look on the bright you are unburdened but what has been! where you inspired by her joy campaign?

Why would anyone want to pay 'more' for anything? Make it make sense?

This is the logic I am talking about
I don't want to pay $4 dollars plus for gasoline so that makes me a 'Kamala voter'
MAGA is so low IQ and fragile. Again, imagine being a 'male' and bragging about paying more for gasoline just because its Trump's doing and not Biden's. The mental gymnastics on here are embarrassing.

The funny thing is it will go up .30 over night then when it goes down it’s a penny here and two cents there.
Why is it the station pays X for their current fuel supply so until they get a new shipment the cost of the fuel in their tanks is X
Now jack it .30 overnight they are making a good chunk

couldn't agree more. Complain away.
Powerman is here to not only agree with you but paint you a picture that Iran has the ability to bring the global economy to it's knees.
I already have my go bag packed and my contingency plan made based on Powerman's position. Because he's smart and unbiased and can post links from articles that agree with him.
Do you regret your vote(s)? do you wish you would have voted for Hillary, Biden, Kamala instead? do you feel you would be in a better place with regard to gas prices or anything else as a result?
your answers to these will determine just how much I take seriously your need to complain about gas prices. Which, you certainly can do.

I didn't vote for Kamala. Or Biden.
But, we are getting the same results as if I did vote for them.
War with Iran
High Gasoline prices
High grocery prices
inflation
etc.
What happened to Trump lowering prices?

a couple hundred thousand illegals (per month) who would otherwise be walking untouched through our non existent southern border disagree with you.

#1. this doesn't excuse high gasoline prices, high grocery prices, war with Iran, inflation, or high mortgage rates all things Trump told us we would get with Biden or Harris.
BTW, we have anywhere from 30 to 40 million Illegal Immigrants in this country.
