His dad is a Neurologist. Idk anything about the rest but I assume the demand for a transgender child specialist was minimal in the 1980s

First - the lawsuit is in Delaware - it sure her connection there so it might be moved
Second - yes - discovery can be her medical records if her medical condition is a part of the suit and the information to be obtained might lead to discoverable evidence .
Also, a court ordered dna test can be appropriate and is the easiest way to determine the answer score the free speech arguments begin
