Over my 15 years doing this, I have seen judges get VERY good at dealing with these guys. They do literally have scripts in their head and if the judge disrupts it, it gets messy.

Seen some ole baw's baw once look like he questioned his existence b/c the judge didn't let him finish his scripted speech and had everything (respectfully) processed.

Quit paying them and see what happens.

As much as I despise our confounding federal tax code, what really drives me nuts is local property tax. Think about it: Work your arse off to buy a piece of land, improve it, pay off your note. But if you don't pay property taxes next year, the Sheriff will show up, run you off, and sell your place.

It's almost like the concept of ownership is a myth altogether. If they can come and take it, you don't own it. Right?

How about this for a 2028 platform for a candidate or party:

1. Federal flat tax.
2. Abolish state income taxes.
3. Phase out property taxes.
***Number 2 and 3 can be offset by sales or consumption tax.

No, I don't care about what wars we can't afford to start or what programs have to go away.

Yes, I realize that this is a pipe dream.

Tax Defier and Member of Freedom Law School Sentenced to Prison for Tax Evasion

quote:

A Point Richmond, California man was sentenced to serve 33 months in prison yesterday for tax evasion, announced Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Caroline D. Ciraolo, head of the Justice Department’s Tax Division, and U.S. Attorney Brian J. Stretch of the Northern District of California.

In June, Richard Thomas Grant, 63, was found guilty of three counts of tax evasion following a jury trial in Oakland, California. In 2001, Grant stopped filing individual income tax returns and paying income taxes despite the fact that he received significant income as a partner with Grant Engineering & Manufacturing, an engineering company in Richmond. In 2003, Grant stopped filing annual partnership returns for Grant Engineering, even though he continued to pay a CPA to prepare these returns. That same year, Grant became a member of Freedom Law School and paid thousands of dollars in yearly membership fees. While the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) attempted to collect unpaid taxes owed by Grant for 2001 and 2002, and attempted to examine Grant’s taxes for subsequent years, Grant, with the assistance of Freedom Law School and its founder, Peymon Mottahedeh, attempted to frustrate the IRS’s actions by, among other things, filing multiple and ultimately unsuccessful law suits in various jurisdictions.

In addition to the term of prison imposed, Grant was also ordered to serve three years of supervised release and pay restitution to the IRS in the amount of $402,457.39.

I do have to admit I’m a little jealous of him if he gets away with it.

There are only two ways he “gets away with it”.

1) He makes so little the IRS finds that it would take more resources to audit and enforce than what would be obtained

2) He is cash in.. cash out.., works for no one that gives him a 1099 or W2, and has no accounts anywhere holding pretty much any sizable portion of money.

That’s it. That’s the only way to completely and forever dodge even a low level audit from the IRS. If you are not one or both of the above… you will eventually get a letter with bad news.

The domestic enemies do a lot of things that they not only have no power to do, but are illegal. It's all part of the plan.

In theory I don’t. But theory and reality are vastly different things considering the world we live in.

Yeah, well, I did my own research by watching half a YouTube video. It said what I wanted to hear, so you are wrong.

Get a better advisor.

You pay zero taxes?? Like no Fed, state/property, sales tax, etc?? If so, definitely let us know who your advisor is. Thx.

Saying you don't mind paying taxes doesn't mean he likes paying a lot of taxes. As a citizen of what should be a civil society we should pay something to maintain the society. Shouldn't be high, breathe govt spends it on things it shouldn't and the govt should be refunding money not used back not just spending excess.

Lots the govt should do to lower our taxes but it's naive to think it is zero, just as close to it as possible should be the goal.

And definitely ALL should be paying

Why? So gov can send to other countries, bums, leaches, etc? frick that noise!

You're delusional. As I've said, get advice, it's out there. I game the legal system that's in place.

Until this country pays ZERO to other terrorist countries for zero return, I'll cut every single corner possible.

This country sucks and is not what it was. frick if I'm gonna fund the agenda of the demons "running " it.
It's over man, this place us beyond broke. Elites are set up elsewhere. They don't care about the US. It's NOTHING but an ATM for them, because clowns like you feeling you owe it
