Ironically the only European political leader with real balls is a woman

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. This is some good shite.
Her response has been tougher criminal penalties, financial accountability for destruction, and expanded police and military security operations.
Participating in a violent group of five or more people that endangers public safety can result in 2–5 years in prison and fines up to €20,000.
Organizing or promoting groups for violent demonstrations, including online, can carry 4–12 years in prison.
Parents can be held financially responsible for vandalism committed by their minor children.
New provisions make prosecution of some offenders aged 14–17 easier and extend certain preventive detention powers to minors.
Expanded authority permits arrests after an incident based on qualifying video evidence.

Just because something can result in those penalties doesnt mean it ever will. See every blue city in the US as proof.

I wish it were so. I’m just not buying it.
I remember first hearing this about her in 2019. She has since become PM and after almost 4 years in power I don’t see where she will be some transformative figure like she’s made out to be.
Hopefully I’m wrong. Maybe she just needs more time or she’s setting the stage for someone who will take it to the next level insofar as actually solving Italy’s migrant issues.
Time will tell.

But were you also loving her all those times when she has been an outspoken critic of Trump? Because few European leaders have trashed Trump more than her.

Plus she denied air flights against Iran.
It looks like the recent events that affect her, has motivated verbal stances. Let’s see if she acts on these stances.
