Not all wars are foreseeable months, many months or years in advance.

Additionally, not all wars go according to a single war plan that would have been conceived and devised prior to the onset of action. There’s the small matter of contingencies

Is 45 years long enough in advance? What happened to they've been at war with us since 1979?

Or how come Trumps June 2025 strike wasn't enough?

Yeah, except we were too busy fighting Iraq, the same Iraq we spent the '80s backing against Iran, only to turn around and invade them, overthrow Saddam, and hand Iran even more influence in the region. Meanwhile, we're fighting Sunni insurgents and Shia militias in Iraq, the Sunni Taliban in Afghanistan, and Iranian-backed militias all over the damn place. And that's without even getting into 1953, when we helped overthrow Iran's prime minister and propped up the Shah, which helped set the stage for the whole 1979 mess in the first place.

Jesus Christ, it's all so goddamned tiring and the whole thing is such a convoluted clusterfrick you need a flowchart just to figure out who we're arming, bombing, overthrowing, or calling an ally this decade.

Here's a radical idea. How about we get the hell out of the nation-building and regime-change business in the Middle East?

Because apparently, after seventy years of this shite, we still haven't grasped the difference between having the military power to overthrow a government and having the political power to control what replaces it. We destabilize a country, create a power vacuum, watch our enemies exploit it, then spend the next twenty years and a few trillion dollars trying to fix the consequences of our last brilliant intervention.

And somehow, the proposed solution is always yet another fricking intervention.

How about we defend actual American interests, respond to genuine threats, and quit pretending the Pentagon and the CIA can engineer the political future of entire civilizations? Because at some point, when your solutions keep creating the next generation of problems, maybe it's time to admit your entire fricking approach is the problem.

The adversary was always Iran --- ask the Israelis...the regional Imperialistic regime has always been the Persians --- watch what they do, as well as what they say
