Thats ridiculous and the punishment doesn’t fit the crime.
Imo that’s petty theft and destruction of property. 6 months to a year sounds about right, serve 3-6 and get parole on good behavior

Not every post replies to or addresses every single topic addressed in the thread.
In multiple posts, I have said that I disagree with “hate crime“ enhancements, etc. In other posts, however, I simply replied to a silly point made by one poster or another.
You always seem to ignore the former, and address the latter.
let me be clear. I am not going to be including 17 different caveats in every post I made, so that you can feel that every post addresses every point. I do not expected of you, and it is fricking ridiculous for you to expected of me.
