Kenneth lee is trump’s 40th appeals court nominee to be confirmed.
Barack Obama didn’t hit 40 until 2015.
George bush didn’t hit 40 until 2006
Clinton didn’t hit 40 until 1997
LINK
Lots of credit to the turtle, but Trump’s judicial reshaping is prolific at this point
And for those who say only scotus matters, that is totally wrong. Most cases, even big ones, never make it to scotus.

honest question; how many total appeals course judges are there?

Thank you Harry Reid! Oh the irony

He needs a second term or the lasting effects wont be as impactful. While any additional conservative judge is great, Obama added over 325 judges. However where Trump is excelling is on circuit judges. He has added 40 already which is 2nd most all time for any president, trailing Obama only by 11.
Cad the answer to your question is about 180.

Here is Trumps list, still 3 more in the Q for the court of appeal, and take a look at all of the district court judges waiting to be confirmed.

This has been the game all along. While the other side cries about stuff that doesn't matter you fill up the empty court seats.
Congrats to all the never Trump idiots and fake conservatives here who would rather Hillary have filled those spots.

Unfortunately, conservative credentials are overshadowing actual qualifications in a lot of cases (looking at you Wendy....)

40/179 == 22% or close to ONE QUARTER of all appeals judges.

Based on what metric exactly? Time served as judge? Where they went to law school?

To start with, not stepping into a federal court for probably the last twenty years or more, having one client (the Archdiocese) for almost her entire practice. It's terrible to practice in front of judges who have no clue about procedural and evidentiary rules, or about the intricacies of civil litigation in general, (criminal too)just because they are fricking pro-life. How about putting up people you ideologically agree with AND who know how to fricking practice law.

You ain’t wrong but i’ll take a bad Conservative over a good Democrat. Her docket will be a shite show.
Let’s be honest this was her husband pulling rank and getting her appointed.

As much as it sucked to lose the House, the Senate was much more important. It was amazing that they picked up seats there.

That’s good news. The longer we can frustrate the eventual Provressive/Socialist takeover the better.

If the GOP keeps the senate when Trump gets re-elected and again in 2022 then by the end of Trump's second term then America will have been saved. Right now there are only 6 liberal judges on the 9th circuit court of appeals that were born after 1960.
