I did that to highlight that you’re defending something that you pretend to be opposed to.

Thanks for confirming it.

Not a stop on a concert tour, is all I need for this discussion.

So he isn’t allowed to sing about Jesus in any church in any city on the concert tour?

That seems quite restrictive.

You call them, they think about it, and then tell you what they deem are required
Well that all sounds extremely subjective

You don’t have to wonder. The police said they didn’t take anyone into custody and didn’t question anyone.

Wait, earlier you said these events weren't legal. Which is it?

Capricious…and arbitrary.

Approvals huh?

I wonder what the Castro Clan disapproved of?

it was part of a concert tour that both required permits at every prior stop AND required a permit for this stop on the tour
So having a worship service that coincides with a tour changes the nature of the worship service even if the order of service stays the same?

How is that not special pleading?

So the stop on the concert tour that was canceled, that was going to have less than a hundred in the audience? Or was the event in the church something very different than the concert that was canceled?

Do they do head counts at each church service?

Why? That's a regular occurrence and not a special event like this concert

So now you have circled back to “No singing about Jesus” on Sundays.

Pathetic.

You rejected that for reasons that still aren't clear, to rely on a decision on a law that's not relevant to the discussion from a province that's not relevant to the discussion.

Since you aren't interested in reading it.

I'm not

I even called it a "hellhole"

You call that "defending" them?

Yes, hellhole denotes positive connotation. Got it...and concerts are "worship services".

I did read it. You clearly don't understand it.

You keep posting analysis of an unrelated statute (the Covid regs from Ontario).

Calling it a "hellhole" is "defending" it

And a concert is a "worship service"

No. But worship services may include concerts.

Why do you hate Jesus?

You know that's not true its about the same ability of the government to control the size and scope of religious gatherings.

It was appealed to the Canadian Supreme Court and left standing.

At this point you are going to argue day is night and night is day.

Everyone else can quite easily read this, as justices try to write so that their judgements and reasons are understood and can be carried out.

You’ve spent 23 pages claiming the government had an interest in regulating an event on private property. An event which you are unable and unwilling to differentiate from the normal course of activity on the private property which is designated for the activity that happens there.

It’s pretty clear to probably everyone what’s happening here.

Except for one outlier.
