I don’t have too much of a problem with this.
This is not direct payments to persons. This is hopefully direct investment into infrastructure and hopefully business incentives in underpriveleged areas.
If you are going to do it, this is the way to do it. Not through direct payments but through economic investment.
Problem is that they will take this money then demand direct payments. It won’t end here.
