Hah! Lindsey just asked him if there was biased and Horowitz admitted he has no way of knowing if there was bias or not (which is contrary to what he stated in the report).

The opening of the investigation was not biased.
How it was handled after it was opened, specifically once the Steele Dossier entered the picture, was big time biased.
Again, the media is running with the first part, and ignoring the second.

FBI: No, we were not bias
Horowitz: Okay
He basically has no power to actually find out if this was true or not because of how limited his scope was. Durham can actually track people down.

Horowitz just answers the "how".
How the FBI conducted the investigation from July 31, 2016 until the expiration date of the 3rd FISA warrant renewal.
There are many frick ups in the "how" by the FBI as documented by the OIG.
Durham's job is the "why".
Why did the FBI start this investigation. Answering the why leads you to the predicate of the investigation.
The predicate for the investigation should be the first paragraph of every report that starts an investigation.
We still don't know why the FBI started the investigation. (We know why, we just don't know the FBI's reason why.)

Wrong. An FBI lawyer doctored the email from the CIA spook that cleared Carter Page's Russian contact as being work Page did for the CIA.
